Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
MBA or relevant certification in the field of business or finance
Experience
Minimum twenty (20) years' experience in a technical planning function in a utility.
At least 5 years of experience in the Electric Utility field.
Skills and Competencies
Strong financial and economical skills (modelling, estimating, forecasting).
Knowledge of business case analysis and economic evaluation of capital expenditure projects in a utility.
Analytical capabilities (awareness of alternate resource options, logical problem solving).
Broad understanding of operations, components and equipment of utility assets.
High proficiency with MS Excel incl. design/tailoring of complex cash flow models.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and organize work according to deadlines.
Working level proficiency in English.

Develop a comprehensive and flexible model for conducting economic evaluations of generation projects to be used by project proponents.
Ability to gather and analyze economic data and present findings.

Job Description:
In General:
The Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer will create, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan. The main duties will be to develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Revising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
Looking for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
Follow up the daily reports from quality control. Â Â
Qualifications:
-Â Qualified Engineer hold degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical).
-Â Minimum Two years of experience in manufacturing.
-Â Very good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and Internal Audit.
-Â Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
